Pricing
Pricing Based on Scenes.
Not Units.
RegalScene pricing follows the interactive scenes that make up your buyer experience — not the number of apartments, villas, plots or commercial units behind them. Start from USD 499/month for up to 5 active scenes, with implementation scoped to your project.
The Pricing Unit
What Is a Scene?
A scene is one authored, interactive view in your buyer journey. Your development's experience is a sequence of scenes — and that sequence, not your unit count, is what you pay for.
1
Location Map
1 scene
2
Project Master Plan
1 scene
3
Building View
1 scene
4
360° Viewpoint
1 scene
5
Shared Floor Plan
1 scene
Each authored view counts once — another building angle or another 360° viewpoint is simply another scene.
A complete buyer journey: 5 scenes
1,500 units behind those scenes? Still 5 scenes — no per-unit charge.

Shared Floors
Repeated Floors Don't Mean Repeated Scene Charges
When several floors share the same physical layout, RegalScene authors one Shared Floor scene and maps each floor's own units, availability and data onto it.
30 floors — one repeated layout
One Shared Floor scene
= 1 scene
Every floor keeps its own mapped units and live availability.
Mapping many floors can affect one-time implementation — it never multiplies your recurring scene count.
Multiple Projects
Your Scene Capacity Spans Your Portfolio
Scene capacity belongs to your account, not to a single project. Use it across one development or several — the subscription follows total active scenes.
20 active scenes
USD 899/month — either way
One development
- Project A
- 20 scenes
Two developments
- Project A
- 12 scenes
- Project B
- 8 scenes
Same capacity. Same subscription.
A new development may involve one-time setup and implementation — it never creates another recurring project subscription.
Distribution
One Experience. Use It Where You Sell.
The same published experience serves every supported sales channel. A scene doesn't become a new scene because it's embedded somewhere else.

Embeds and agency distribution never add scene charges
Need RegalScene to handle additional technical integration on your side? That's scoped once as implementation work.
Implementation
Implementation Built Around Your Project
The subscription pays for the platform and your active scene capacity. Implementation pays for the work RegalScene performs — built from the assets your team already has: master plans, floor plans, renders, 360 media and inventory data.

Pricing FAQ
Common Questions
What counts as a scene?
One authored, interactive view: a location map, a master plan, a building view, each 360° viewpoint, a floor plan, a Shared Floor. Another angle of the same building or another 360° viewpoint is simply another scene.
Do you charge by number of units?
No. A scene is one scene whether it presents 50 units or 1,500. Inventory size never sets your subscription — there are no per-unit fees and no inventory bands.
How does Shared Floor pricing work?
One physical Shared Floor visual counts as one scene. RegalScene maps each floor's own units, availability and data onto that single authored layout.
What if 30 floors reuse one Shared Floor?
Still one scene. The mapping effort across many floors can affect one-time implementation, but it never multiplies your recurring scene count.
Can scene capacity be used across multiple projects?
Yes. Capacity belongs to your account, not to one project. Twenty active scenes can be one development with 20 scenes, or two developments at 12 and 8 — the subscription is the same.
Does adding a new project increase the monthly subscription?
Not by itself. The subscription follows your total active scene capacity. A new development usually involves one-time setup and implementation, scoped to the work required.
What if we need more scenes?
Move up to the capacity band your experience needs — without rebuilding anything. Ten active scenes are USD 599/month, twenty are USD 899, thirty are USD 1,099. Above thirty, talk to RegalScene.
What if we still have unused scene capacity?
Adding scenes within your existing capacity doesn't change your subscription. If RegalScene builds and configures the new scenes, that work is scoped once as implementation.
Do agency websites or extra embeds count as new scenes?
No. The same authored scene stays the same scene wherever it's embedded — your website, campaign pages, agency channels or sales centre screens. Extra technical integration work, where needed, is scoped once.
Why is implementation separate?
Because it represents the actual work of preparing and launching your experience. The subscription pays for the platform and your active scene capacity; implementation pays for the build — scoped to your project rather than averaged into everyone's price.
Do we get access to RegalScene Studio?
RegalScene Studio is part of Enterprise. Managed RegalScene means we create and configure the scenes for you, and your team uses the finished experience across sales and marketing.
Can we update inventory ourselves?
Yes. Unit availability, pricing and inventory data are managed by your team — including CSV import and inventory roles — without touching scene authoring. Studio governs how experiences are built, not how your sales operation runs day to day.
Does 3D use the same scene pricing?
Interactive 3D is currently scoped separately — production, optimization and infrastructure differ from standard scenes. It joins the same buyer journey: same units, availability and enquiry actions.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes — the model is built for it. Start with the capacity you need and move up a band as your experience grows. Your experience carries over; nothing is rebuilt.
